Higher education used to be viewed as a springboard to employment, equity and a better way of life. It still is that, but student expectations are changing.

“Everybody expects everything quickly, and quality content is available for free on one’s own terms,” says Desiree Ortiz, global head of vertical channel sales at Logitech. “We need to view education not as a springboard, but as a service.”

That means schools need to make the learning experience feel seamless, regardless of where a student or instructor is physically located, especially in the era of in-person, hybrid, HyFlex and fully remote formats. They need to drive connection and collaboration.
