John J. Scarpino, D.Sc. (Doctor of Science) in information systems and communication, also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance/management information systems and two master’s degrees: an M.S. in Internet information systems and an MBA with MIS concentration. He is the academic chair for the School of IT at Pittsburgh Technical College and has more than 16 years of industry experience.
