Creating online professional development courses has made training more accessible to teachers. School leaders should consider keeping online PD even after the pandemic, to allow teachers to learn on their own schedule. We spoke with Manny Curiel, ed tech specialist at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, about the logistical needs of professional development videos and how he makes them memorable.
