Todd LaVogue is the STEM programs coordinator and an environmental science teacher at Roosevelt Middle School in West Palm Beach, Fla. His “What’s Up, Egypt?” project won first place in the Educator’s Choice category at Microsoft’s 2012 Partners in Learning U.S. Forum and third place in the Partners in Learning Global Forum.
